Your Mission:

The Contact Center is a centralized place for our customers to contact us and receive fast and consistent responses from Proximity Designs and also provide our customers with a high quality contact, everytime they engage with us.Additionally, contact center team is the central support role in the organization that manages all customer interactions from various digital channels.

As a Project Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing customer behavior that comes from various digital channels and improving strengthened customer relationships and our reporting system.You will be involved in the different phases of digital customer service projects, as well as overseeing the daily customer services and working with multiple teams.Your role is extremely important for our success and driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Once You’re Here, You Will:

  • Organize and analyze customer data that comes from  Yetagon Farm Services' digital channels to improve the current experience and to get more customer satisfaction, to create impactful reports with the key insights or findings and predict future needs.Working with the Contact Center Team Leader when preparing monthly reports and project reports.
  • Collaborate and interact with multiple teams in coordinating and delegating various aspects of contact center projects - Tasks will involve suggesting ideas based on customer feedback or customer trend, working with managers and other teams to shape those ideas, then executing. 
  • Support contact center team members to smoothly run on team's daily operations - oversee monitoring of Yetagon Farm Services’ digital channels[customer facing side], assist problem solving on daily operational challenges and give back the tips and set up the efficient workflows.
  • Initiate and manage customer service-oriented projects within the contact center team which can include a variety of customer service touchpoints - planning overall customer service excellence, developing and reviewing process review and implementing customer service process review initiatives.
  • Develop and implement effective customer experience practices and processes - to ensure each touchpoint across the customer journey in Contact Center is engaging, efficient, and effective.


  • A minimum of 2+ years of project management experience preferably customer experience field
  • Experience in gathering, interpreting customer experience information and also reporting as well
  • Knowledge of online customer engagement platforms and channels
  • Proficiency in MS Office, as well as CX and CRM software
  • Excellent verbal and written language skills in both English and Burmese 
  • Strong problem solving, analytical skills and detail oriented
