Your Mission:

The Dealer team is a one of the coalface teams of the Proximity and revenue driven channel for the organization by building relationships with Dealer shops and distributing our products and services to the small holder farmers across Myanmar.

 

As this is a critical role of the Dealer Channel, you have to communicate and build a strong relationship with key Dealers who have a big contribution for the Dealer sales channel as well as to deal with new and potential customers who were located far away from the account Managers’ target areas to introduce our products and services to generate sales.


 Once you’re Here, You Will:

  • Monitor the market situation, get key insights from the dealer shops and field team and base on the information to analyze the sales trend and report back to the Head of Dealer Sales.
  • Prepare the sales forecast and set up sales targets for the monthly, quarterly and annually to share with the team as well as with the supply chain team for stock allocation.
  • Response on some queries, product information and complaints from customers and dealers in timely manners.
  • Create brand building and promotion activities at Partner/Dealer shops to improve dealer’s sales.
  • Analyze the team’s performance together with the Head of Dealer sales and to support on building their capacity to improve Digital skills, Management skills, communication skills etc. 
  • To support Dealer Account managers and manage the day to day operations of the Dealer sales team to meet the respective targets.

 

Must-Haves:

  • CustomerService oriented and able to deal with complaints.
  • Excellence Relationship management which needs to be able to influence and present our products and services to new potential clients.
  • Have enough patience to deal with the difficult and diverse customers and dealers.
  • Minimum two years' experience in people management.
  • Minimum two years’ experience in sales and customer service.
  • Strong collaboration with across teams.
  • Able to travel around the country.

  • AnyUniversity graduate with an excellent computer skill especially Microsoft office (Excel and PowerPoint).
